Former Credit Suisse Fixed Income Head Carinn Neo to Join Paragon Capital Management Singapore

Addition of fixed income veteran will broaden the team’s expertise and reaffirms its commitment to meeting the needs of its clients and investors

SINGAPORE, 12 July 2021 – Bespoke wealth manager Paragon Capital Management Singapore (“PCMS” or “the Company”), has appointed former Credit Suisse Private Bank Co-head of Fixed Income Solutions, Carinn Neo, as the firm’s Managing Director and Lead Portfolio Manager. The move will serve to broaden the expertise of the PCMS’ team and reaffirm its commitment to meeting the needs of its clients and investors.

Carinn brings to PCMS a 24-year track record in managing various fixed income products including credit, interest rates and derivatives structures, as well as global and emerging market bonds and loans, and discretionary fixed income mandates. At PCMS, she will be responsible for the management of the Paragon Income Fund.

Prior to joining PCMS, Carinn spent more than 12 years with Credit Suisse Private Bank Singapore, first as Head of Fixed Income Advisory, and then as Co-head, Fixed Income Solutions for the Asia Pacific  region.

In her earlier career years, Carinn was also part of Bear Stearns’ (currently known as JP Morgan) Fixed Income team, a fund manager with DBS Asset Management and Fixed Income Credit Analyst at OUB Asset Management.
