We invest in founders who are subject matter experts. These founders have identified gaps in their previous roles. They have a deep understanding of the problem statement and can create effective solutions to solve them.

Paul Lee

Co-Founder
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer

Paul has over 25 years of wealth and investment management experience. Prior to setting
up Paragon Capital Management Singapore, he was Managing Director and Senior Advisor at
Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. His portfolio management experience spans across more than
two decades over several top-tier banks including Credit Suisse AG and Barclays Wealth &
Investment Management, where he helped his high-net-worth clients navigate through
volatile markets. His strong track record has earned him the trust of his clients, many of
whom have remained clients for more than a decade.

Tan Xinhui

General Partner, Private Markets

Xinhui started her banking career in 2005 and has chalked up a stellar track record as an investment specialist in delivering investment portfolio solutions to clients. She was a Product Controller with Deutsche Bank AG followed by Credit Suisse AG, before moving internally to Credit Suisse Private Banking (CSPB). In CSPB, she worked alongside the various product teams to deliver investment portfolio solutions to clients.
She left banking in 2012 to be an entrepreneur and exited the business at a PE of about 6X after five years. She realised a 33% IRR from a venture addressing Uber’s & Grab’s growing presence in Singapore. Prior to joining PCMS, Xinhui was Executive Director at Bayfront Capital Advisors where she covered clients in Singapore and China and assisted corporate clients to raise institutional and private debt and private equity, as well as to expand in offshore markets through joint ventures with strategic partners.
