Associate - Fund Management Support

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, this executive will support our portfolio managers in portfolio management, trade execution, and reconciliation with partner banks/brokers/accountants.  His/her responsibilities include:

  • Helping to process onboarding, subscription and redemption requests which includes liaising with the investors for due diligence checks and documentation
  • Working with business support providers to process transactions and deliver investors’ requirements in an efficient and responsible manner
  • Making follow-up investor calls and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Helping to maintain our investor record as well as a record of trades and settlement, funding and reconciliation
  • Assisting the company in meeting tax reporting and audit requirements, as well as in fund administration and NAV reconciliation
  • Assisting with preparation of marketing collaterals as part of the investor relations activities
  • Supporting administrative and enhancement projects as assigned from time to time

Role Summary and Key Responsibilities

The CCO is responsible for expanding the firm’s client base and advisory network, driving AUM growth, and supporting the firm’s strategic development in Hong Kong and the region. The role suits an entrepreneurial professional with strong origination capabilities and a proven network in private banking or wealth management. His/her responsibilities include:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Source, onboard, and service high-net-worth and institutional clients under the firm’s Type 4&9, and CMS licences maintain long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and portfolio reviews.
  • Advisor Recruitment & Integration: Identify and recruit qualified advisors/relationship managers to join the firm’s independent asset-management platform; support onboarding, training, and compliance alignment.
  • Business Growth & Strategic Initiatives: Execute business-development plans to grow AUM and revenue; build partnerships with banks, EAMs, family offices, and professional intermediaries; represent the firm at industry events to strengthen brand visibility.

This role is designed for experienced advisors who value an independent, client‑centric, and fee‑only asset management platform focused on long‑term value creation.

The role combines relationship and investment management, supported by a dedicated investment, operations, and compliance infrastructure.

The role suits an entrepreneurial professional with strong origination capabilities and a proven network in private banking or wealth management. His/her responsibilities include:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Source and onboard high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional clients, serving as the primary relationship manager throughout the client lifecycle. The role involves building and maintaining long‑term, trust‑based client relationships through regular engagement, portfolio reviews, and consistent communication, ensuring that client objectives, risk profiles, and expectations remain clearly understood and well served over time.
  • Advisory & Investment Support: Advise clients on discretionary portfolios in accordance with their investment objectives and risk tolerance, clearly articulating the firm’s investment philosophy, portfolio positioning, and performance outcomes. Working closely with the investment support team, the advisor will ensure disciplined execution of strategies while delivering high standards of advisory quality, transparency, and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Business Growth: Contribute directly to the firm’s asset growth by sourcing new client relationships and deepening existing ones, leveraging networks across private banks, EAMs, family offices, and professional intermediaries. The Client Advisor will represent the firm in client meetings and selected industry engagements, supporting brand visibility and reinforcing the firm’s positioning as a trusted, long‑term investment partner in Singapore.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with investment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure efficient onboarding and high-quality client service; share market insights and business feedback with management.
