Paul’s decisive yet easy-going work style has seen him rise to the forefront of the wealth management industry in Asia. With more than 20 years’ experience, he is an expert on the Singapore and South East Asian markets. Although Paul is well known for his portfolio management skills, he is first and foremost a people person who enjoys meeting new investors and helping them to work out the best strategy for their individual needs. He has held high-level positions at some of the world’s top private banking and wealth management companies, including Credit Suisse and Barclays Wealth & Investment Management.
Before setting up his own company, Paul was a senior banker at Swiss private bank, Bank Julius Baer & Co.
Chief Operations Officer
Approachable and friendly, Irene’s open-minded style makes her an expert at solving functional and technical problems. With more than 20 years’ experience in financial institutions’ investment banking segment, including UOB and Raiffeisen Bank International, Irene rose to become a director and key member of the team that set up Southern Cross Capital Management.
A true team player, Irene is a middle office controller with portfolio and risk analytical skills, who always presents the facts objectively to ensure that the right investment decisions are made.
Senior Portfolio Manager
Carinn is the lead portfolio manager of Paragon Income Fund with more than 24 years of fixed income experience. Carinn started her career in 1997 as a Fixed Income credit analyst in OUB Asset Management and a fund manager in DBS Asset Management, with a focus in global and emerging market debts. She also spent 6 years with Bear Stearns as Fixed Income sales, specialising in credit, interest rates and derivatives structures.
Prior to joining PCMS, Carinn spent more than 12 years with Credit Suisse Private Bank Singapore as Co-head of the discretionary fixed income mandates for APAC region. Prior to this, she was Head of Fixed Income Advisory APAC and the team was awarded “Best Private Bank : Fixed Income Advisory” 2020 by Asian Private Banker.
Carinn holds a Bachelor of Business (in Banking) honors degree from Nanyang Technological University.
Senior Portfolio Manager
Sean possesses over 20 years of capital markets and wealth management experience. He spent nine years with Bank of Singapore, initially as head of equity research, and eventually as Alpha Team Head, where he led an experienced investment team in generating global multi-asset high-conviction investment ideas. Sean was also a member of the bank’s global asset allocation investment committee.
Prior to that, Sean spent 14 years with Credit Suisse where his last held position was as the investment bank’s Singapore Head of Research. Through his direct coverage of a diverse group of sectors and companies in Asia, including China, Hong Kong and Singapore, Sean developed an in depth understanding of the capital markets.
Sean is a CFA® Charterholder and a qualified Associate Wealth Planner with the Financial Planning Association of Singapore.
Adrian Lee joined Paragon Capital Management Singapore as Advisor in 2020. Adrian started his Wealth Management career in 2007 with UBS, Private Banking before spending 8 years at Bank Julius Baer where he was a Director.
Prior to joining Paragon Capital, Adrian was a Senior Client Advisor at Thirdrock Capital which was subsequently acquired by Schroders Wealth Management.
Adrian has a Mechanical Engineering degree (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK and a Master of Science in Wealth Management from the Singapore Management University and has held engineering roles in various organisations before embarking on his banking career.
Leon Ho, CFA
Vice President, Portfolio Management
Leon’s career in finance spans Morgan Stanley, OCBC Bank and the CIO office at Barclays Wealth & Investment Management. Prior to his current role, he was with HSBC Bank (Singapore) managing the investment portfolios of Singapore domiciled clients.
Leon graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Economics. He is a CFA® Charterholder.

Vice President, Private Markets & Corporate Advisory
Xinhui started her banking career in 2005. She was a Product Controller with Deutsche Bank AG followed by Credit Suisse AG, before moving internally to Credit Suisse Private Banking (CSPB). In CSPB, she worked alongside the various product teams to deliver investment portfolio solutions to clients.
She left banking in 2012 to be an entrepreneur and exited the business at a PE of about 6X after five years. In 2016, she realised a 33% IRR from a venture addressing Uber’s & Grab’s growing presence in Singapore.
Xinhui graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance).
Vice President, Portfolio Manager
William Goh is the portfolio manager of Paragon Income Fund I. Prior to joining PCMS, William spent 7 years with Credit Suisse Private Bank across various roles which included Fixed Income Advisory and Dealing. During his tenure, William advised various ultra high net-worth individuals, External Asset Managers (EAMs) and internal stakeholders on Fixed Income as well as trading across multiple asset classes. William was a core member of the Fixed Income Advisory team which was awarded Best Private Bank : Fixed Income Advisory 2020 by Asian Private Banker.
William holds a Masters Of Finance (Hons) from University College Dublin, Ireland and Bachelor of Commerce in Banking & Finance from Murdoch University, Perth.

Wendy’s career spans Credit Suisse AG, Goldman Sachs (Singapore) and Barclays Bank PLC. She spent more than 15 years in Private Wealth Management, assisting high net worth individuals manage their investment portfolios across various asset classes.
Wendy graduated from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business (Hons) specializing in Financial Analysis.
Associate, Client Services
Marshall was part of a team that developed a Web Application that helped his University better manage and project Investment Returns from its Scholarship Funds. He also worked as a Private Banking Administrative Assistant for United Overseas Bank during his school break where he was involved in providing back-office support.
With an interest in becoming a Financial Analyst, Marshall pursued a double major in Computer Science and Finance to build an effective and reliable foundation for his career.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Majoring in Computer Science and Finance) from the University of Western Australia. Marshall is a tech-enthusiast and enjoys keeping himself updated with the latest IT news and gadgets during his downtime.
