PARAGON INCOME I

Paragon Income Fund is a fixed income-oriented fund that seeks to provide investors with a resilient diversified portfolio with a focus on stable coupon carry over the longer term. The Fund invests primarily in fixed income instruments (including bonds and certificate of deposits), money market instruments, equities, exchange traded funds, structured products, and cash.

It is an actively managed fund where securities selection process is driven by a robust bottom up, relative value approach. Fundamentals are key. The Investment Manager has the discretion to adjust the allocation of the portfolio to any particular issuer, sector, geography or currency. The average portfolio duration and rating may vary from time to time as a reflection of market conditions. Controlled leverage will be employed whenever it is necessary or deemed advantageous.

As a result of demand from our largest institutional investors, Paragon Income I also has an institutional tranche available to provide the best possible value.

Carinn Neo

Managing Director
Senior Portfolio Manager
Carinn has more than 24 years of fixed income experience, where she managed products including credit, interest rates and derivatives structures, as well as global and emerging market bonds and loans, and discretionary fixed income mandates. She possesses a deep understanding of the Asia Pacific market. Prior to joining PCMS, Carinn spent over 12 years with Credit Suisse Private Bank Singapore as Co-head of the discretionary fixed income mandates for the APAC region. In her role, she was also the senior portfolio manager for various fixed income strategies including Asia unconstrained bond mandates, fixed maturity and SGD global fixed income mandates.
Prior to this portfolio management role, Carinn was Head of Fixed Income Advisory APAC and the team was awarded “Best Private Bank: Fixed Income Advisory” 2020 by Asian Private Banker. Carinn’s earlier career includes being part of Bear Stearns Fixed Income team, Fund Manager in DBS Asset Management and Fixed Income Credit Analyst in OUB Asset Management.
