Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, this executive will support our portfolio managers in portfolio management, trade execution, and reconciliation with partner banks/brokers/accountants.  His/her responsibilities include:

• Helping to process onboarding, subscription and redemption requests which includes liaising with the investors for due diligence checks and documentation
• Working with business support providers to process transactions and deliver investors’ requirements in an efficient and responsible manner
• Making follow-up investor calls and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Helping to maintain our investor record as well as a record of trades and settlement, funding and reconciliation
• Assisting the company in meeting tax reporting and audit requirements, as well as in fund administration and NAV reconciliation
• Assisting with preparation of marketing collaterals as part of the investor relations activities
• Supporting administrative and enhancement projects as assigned from time to time

Skills, Knowledge and Competencies

The candidate should ideally possess:

• A highly developed and keen sense of teamwork
• Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion
• Dynamic, detail-oriented person and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant academic or professional experience (accounting, fund accounting, fund administration or private banking)

Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the digital marketing efforts of Paragon Capital Management (PCM), focusing on multimedia content creation and management across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The intern will work closely with Communications Lead in Singapore, and external vendors to execute digital advertising campaigns. The role involves event support, content development, creative visual design, and videography to build brand awareness and foster active stakeholders’ engagement. His/her responsibilities include:

• Create engaging and brand-aligned multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, and posts) for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Populate and manage content across PCM’s social media channels, ensuring consistency and timely posting.
• Collaborate with vendors to support digital advertising campaigns, performance report and media buying.
• Assist in analysing campaign performance and provide insights to optimize content and
• Conduct channel and content strategy analysis (Google analytics monitoring) to assess effectiveness
• Research and production of native content in the form of infographics, videos, short blog, and others
• Video filming and post-production editing, corporate collateral design and events production
• Support any special projects as required

Skills, Knowledge and Competencies

The candidate should ideally possess:

• Strong written communication skills in both Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and English
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of other graphic and video editing software will be an added advantage
• Good design, photography and videography skills will be an added
• Familiarity with latest popular social media platforms
• Professional qualification(s) in design/visual arts, digital marketing, and/or equivalent program will be an added advantage
• Fast learner, meticulous and a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Positive attitude with a professional drive and team player
