SINGAPORE / HONG KONG, 29 May 2025 – Paragon Capital Management (PCM) today announced the appointment of Trevor Lau, CFA, as Managing Director and Strategist. Based in Singapore, Mr. Lau will report to Paul Lee, Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of PCM and Irene Ng, Chief Operations Office and Compliance / Risk Officer of PCM.
Mr. Lau brings over 20 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, and investment strategy across Asia. As a seasoned investment advisor and accomplished leader, Mr. Lau has held senior positions at Credit Suisse AG, Azura Investment Partners, UBS AG, and Citigroup Private Bank. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, driven client acquisition initiatives, and delivered tailored investment solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, while fostering a culture of compliance, performance, and client excellence.
As Chief Executive Officer at Azura Investment Partners, he established the Singapore office, secured regulatory licensing, and led the strategic launch of the firm’s Asia platform. At UBS, he served as Managing Director and Head of Entrepreneur Segment for Southeast Asia, where he focused on business growth among ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs and integrated cross-division capabilities. His tenure at Credit Suisse spanned over a decade, where he held senior roles in investment consulting and team leadership.
